Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final, unless you have paid for ticket protection, in which you will have to contact Ludus with the information you receive from Ludus (email) about your ticket protection that you purchased. South Grand Prairie High School can not issue refunds.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office at 817-343-1680 or email forrest.denbow@gpisd.org

General Policies
No food or drinks will be allowed in the theatre during performances besides a capped water bottle. Videotaping and Recording is not allowed per copyright laws.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (South Grand Prairie High School Theatre Arts Department). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
